BRITAIN’S HOTEL MURDERS

I collaborated closely with Peninsula Television to develop the opening sequence and a range of visual assets—including maps and photo-based graphics—for this documentary series.

The opening sequence is a photorealistic 3D animation designed to evoke a dark, sinister atmosphere. Set in an old hotel, the visuals aim to create a sense of unease and tension, suggesting that something terrible has happened there—all without showing any characters or explicit events.

I used Cinema 4D in combination with Octane Render to produce all the shots for the sequence. I also designed the series logo using neon lighting elements, giving it a vertical orientation to enhance the eerie and unsettling tone of the overall visual style.
